Dear 5th Grade Parents and Students:

Welcome back to an exciting school year. Here is a list of supplies that each student will need.

• 3 pocket folders
• 2 # 2 pencils
• 2 ( blue or black ) erasable pens
• 5 Composition notebooks ( black & white)
• 1 box Kleenex
• 1 pack colored pencils
• 1 pack assorted markers
• 1 glue stick
• 1 pair of sharp scissors
• 1 eraser
• 1 desk size dictionary
• 1 notebook with Velcro closure for loose leaf paper ( not a trapper )
• 1 small plastic container ( ex. Margarine tub )
• 1 soft zippered pencil case
• 1 box of wet wipes

Please no backpacks, trappers or mechanical pencils. They have been problems in the past. Snack should consist of Water and one HEALTHY snack item.

Only a standard size lunch box please ( 7 x 8 ½ x 4 )
